Okay, admittedly, banks are not my favorite place to be. Just seems to be a constant reminder of that money we don't have. ;) However, if I do have to walk into my bank (Wells Fargo) - I do love this one. Set in a historic bank building, with the same safe from decades ago, this branch of WF has a great feel to it. Classic, beautiful. Now, the ATM machine room attached outside the building... is gross. Seriously - get rid of the carpeting, and put in some tile that can be easily cleaned. Several times I've gone in there and it has a distinct smell of human urine. Not sure why or how, as it's not like I've ever seen someone in there doing such things, and there do seem to be security cameras... So yeah, lost a single star for that.

This banks is the worst. Fees, fees, fees and more fees. They don't care about their customers at all. Now my local branch is closed Saturdays and this doesn't work for me. Closing my accounts and finding a new bank.
