  An elderly friend recently moved to Phoenixville and we made an appt. with banker Carolyn Isaacs at the French Creek branch. Carolyn was very helpful, so patient, and truly kind to my friend. She explained and reviewed every step to my hard-of-hearing friend and made the whole process easy for her. Carolyn exemplifies, not only the consummate professional banker but also a warm-hearted human who took the time to make her client feel both comfortable and important. I hope Wells Fargo appreciates outstanding employees like Carolyn!

  In my experience the staff at this particular location are helpful and responsive. Whether Wells Fargo is a great banking company or not is definitely debatable. But as branches go, this is one of the better branches in the area and the staff are always helpful. But sometimes their hands are tied by Wells Fargo policies and procedures, so they can't always please everyone. Staff 4 stars. Bank? All banks are out to make $$ on your money and take some degree of advantage of their customers (with the least financially sound bearing more of that brunt), so 2 stars for Wells Fargo. Tell your congressman to let the US Postal Service branch into banking services and things with banks will improve greatly. That and keep banks regulated.
