  My spouse and I went in to open a business bank account for his new catering service @hotrodsribsnbbq (shameless plug all day). We had an incredible experience. We didn’t wait long. The banker was very informative, and he even helped me to open an account for my own currently operating business @myrevh2o (again…I know lol.) So…I will say if you need a banking home come here! The tellers are pleasant and most importantly they’re fully staffed so they are getting people in and out!

  Probably the most disgusting bank to which I've been. Doing business with this establishment requires that I use the commercial drop box at nights and the box is gross and covered with an abundance of bugs and cockroaches all over and spiderwebs and other unsightly "deposits" left by insects and bugs. Cockroaches are all over the building at night. The grass grows way too high before it gets cut and when it's cut, it never looks like it was done carefully. It uneven. I imagine rodents live in the small grass behind the motor bank area, but I haven't seen any. The inside looks just as gross. It's old and looks like somewhere some termites would have a field day. The staff are okay. Half are kind. Half are rude and careless. I have a lot of issues with lost deposit slips and inconsistency in paperwork. Definitely would recommend another branch.

  This branch is racist and gave me such a hard time due to me being from out of town . This manager of this branch was not helpful neither were the employees . Worst experience ever and I will be calling the back office to ensure my complaint is known. You should never give someone a hard time and or profile them and make things harder for them .
