Review for the drive-through ATM only: ATM is way too low to the ground. If you're going in a taller vehicle, you have to contort yourself to reach the ATM below you. If you're in a sedan, perhaps you'll be okay, but, in anything higher off the ground, prepare to struggle. Have ended up driving right past this location and going to any other nearby branch with an ATM (their Georges Road location in North Brunswick is just a few minutes away, too).

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for many years and I have had no issues with them in spite of negative media coverage on and off. However my visit to this specific Wells Fargo bank has changed the way I look at them. First off I had the most horrible customer service at this branch. Please note my comment is applicable only for this specific branch, usually my own branch and other wells fargo branches that i have been to were always very helpful. I came here only because this is the closest branch in Milltown NJ, I produced my Debit card as I always do and was about to key in my PIN, they wanted my Photo ID( A first for me) most branches assumes if I know my PIN then I must be the person on the account. Now the photo ID was not enough , they looked at my account activity and they decided I was a fraud, the teller proceeded to ask me what my work in New Jersey was(I live in Pennsylvania and I had work that weekend in NJ), she had no rights to ask that question, but I obliged and answered her. She was not satisfied apparently me having an ethnic name and looking the part was not sufficient, she proceeded to make inquiries and in public asks the name of the other person on account (my wife) and her Date of birth and expects me to answer in front of all other customers. The reasoning for all this was they want to protect my money. They could send a confirmation text to my cell phone which I had on me at the time and is also the phone number on my account and there are many more efficient ways to do that than to expose my personal information in front of all customers. When asked she just said they would not hear that, possibly because everyone were ethnically different from me perhaps? I am not playing the race card here. What I do with my money is my business, what I do with my time is my business, she or the bank has no rights to inquire and interrogate me and waste my time just for this. I will be looking to switch to a different bank shortly. When I saw the other reviewer's comments I thought it must have been a one off incident.But when I experience such disrespect in spite of being a long term customer and exposing my personal information in public, plus all the media attention this bank has been getting has made me decide to switch to a different bank closing all ties including my car loans with this bank. If they could care less and expose my information in public, I am no longer sure of the protection I am getting.
