      Absolutely worst customer service I have ever had I came in to make a deposit and get a direct deposit form for a new job on 7/23/20 the bank had one other customer I made my deposit and was told to would have to make an appointment to get this letter. This was at 11:30 am they did not have the time to see me until 2:30 pm remember only one other customer in this branch. Upon returning at 2:30 pm 3 mouse clicks less than 1 minute my letter was ready. Jose clearly did not value me as a customer this could have be taken care of on my original visit instead of wasting my time. Currently look to digital banking now these kids do not value customers or there own jobs apparently
