      I want to say wow, customer service is over the top now at this Branch. Good job , all of you that I’ve met so far. Especially I want to acknowledge KAYLA who is just an amazing manager and takes great care of all her customers.

      This branch has terrible customer service. I called in to ask about wait times, and was told that they were extremely busy. They offered to set up an appointment in two hours so that I could avoid the wait. I showed up 5 minutes early and then proceed to wait 20 min beyond my appointment time with no end in sight. When I asked to speak with the manager about the delay she acted as if it wasn't an issue and that I should have expected to wait. I don't recommend this branch to anyone who values their time.
