They scam you and spam you. I had an auto loan through my dealership, Wells Fargo bought the loan and serviced it through the dealer portal or whatever. Then they shut down access to the dealer portal and required me to become a member of WF in order to payy auto loan. These guys are trash and a drain on Americans and their livelihoods. I highly recommend staying away. Any perceived advantage is fals in nature and you will regret it at best. Go with a Community-based credit or bank, slightly higher rates but better buisness.

My husband and I got a loan on our van in March if 2015. As long as we made payments ontime (but not too early) everything was 9kay. But when we started to struggle a bit financially they wiuld call sooooo frequently! Harassingly so... Even if payment arrangements were in place.... June or July 2020 we were able to pay the van off in full and recieved my title shortly there after... However, they didn't report the pay off to the credit companies. So now it isn't being reported at all... They aren't reportung the laye payments anymore, but they aren't reporting anything... My husband cound a couple of "refund checks" he'd forgot to deposit, so we thought that might be why it hadn't been repirted as paid off/closed account. So I took care of that onon November 9, 2020. Here we are Lmost a week into the new year and they still haven't reported it as paid off or closed the account... I most definitely will NOT use them again or eefer any body (friend or enemy) to use them.
