  If your buying a house or refinancing, go to Wells Fargo and ask for one guy and one guy only SEAN POTTRATZ. He not only helped me refinance my first house but helped me buy a new home as well while keeping in mind my best interests. Highly recommended

  I have had a Wells Fargo home mortgage for around 5 years. I have had no complaints up until today. I had edited my own banks on line payment last month because Wells Fargo had adjusted the payment amount for escrow change. For some reason my current months payment was dropped, probably my fault. I received an invoice from Wells Fargo and discovered that last month had not been paid and immediately put in a new directive to pay the last months mortgage including the late fee. That would arrive at Wells Fargo the next day. Later in the day I received a call from a representative at Wells Fargo. I explained what had happened to the lady who had called. I do not know if this person did not listen to me or was so programmed to read the script that I could not get it through to her that it was taken care of and would arrive tomorrow. I had to listen about all the ramifications of missing a payment as well as trying to get me to sigh up for Wells Fargo services that I don't need or want. This does not reflect on the Coralville store as everything has been done after another company sold the mortgage.
