      If you are looking to get a refi to lower your rate or get out of PMI Wells Fargo is not for you. Not only do they repeatedly lose your information I am currently waiting and we are approaching month 6 of the process. The current loan that I have through another company took 28 days from start to finish and Wells Fargo in the next week will be at 1/2 a year. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen and at this point there is no excuse but absolute ignorance.
