  I was having difficulty finding the AUTO PAY area to stop only one payment on a loan, Allen was able to help me after I explained what I was trying to do. We got the payment stopped for the current time period and will restart next month automatically. Then Allen was able to help me understand where my loan payments were going. I have been making payments larger than the basic amount but I did not understand how the principle payment was being listed on my monthly statement. Allen was very patient and understanding even after trying two times before getting my eyes to the proper section of the statement. Much Kudos go out to Allen for doing a GREAT job today.   My PayPal account was hacked effecting my attached bank account with HARBORSTONE. This all happened while I was traveling/moving to Texas and unable to visit a branch location. What a nightmare! By the grace of God DeAngeles at HARBORSTONE was AMAZING. My accounts were immediately protected, charges reversed and account number changed. The service did not stop there as this unfortunate event reeked havok on my life, she has happily and with out hesitation assisted me with other banking needs making the transition so much easier. She has gone above and beyond and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you DeAngeles and HARBORSTONE.

  Despite significant staffing shortfalls and the changing business environment in the post-pandemic economy, the Customer Service organization @ HCU is much more responsive and supportive than larger national banks on banking transactions, account questions and related issues. Thank you to Carol and her team who do a tremendous job!
