      Absolutely awful refinance experience. Wells fargo lied to me. Collected payment for appraisal and never did it. Loan officer attempted to leverage the appraisal fee so that I wouldn't go with a different lender with better terms. Found out appraisal was never done. Very underhanded. Also, was charged thousands for points on a rate that I could get for no points from many other lenders. You would think wells fargo would have learned after settling a 3 billion dollar lawsuit in 2016. These guys are bottom of the barrel. Glad I walked away before closing. I've been a customer since 1992. Absolutely terrible service. Never again .
