Dealing with Wells Fargo Customer “Support” over the phone can be a pretty arduous and disheartening experience. So I took an issue I had to Juan, the Branch Manager of this location. I was not disappointed. My issue was small, I’m a small-time customer compared to others I guess, but Juan treated me as if I was about to use them to buy a $3 million dollar property or something. He called me back promptly, handled my issue and then some. That branch has definitely earned a loyal customer as long as he is there. It’s so amazing to deal with great people like this. Thank you Juan!
