      Chris made the mortgage process super easy and convenient for us. He was very clear about all documentation that would be needed, checked the numbers ahead of time and made it very clear if they needed further documentation and when. It was our first time buying a home and after one conversation with Chris, I felt I could trust him. I was right. He was communicative with us and our real estate agent and right there with us throughout the whole process. Everything turned out just as he said it would or better, with no hiccups. Thanks to the Wells Fargo team in Northfield!

      This bank put me in a bad position. Giving me a mortgage approval letter and at the last minute refusing to complete the loan. I've been a Wells Fargo customer for 35 years prior to even being called Wells Fargo. They have done nothing for me but cause aggravation. Do not use this institution. The mortgage people are either incompetent or liars one of the two. I have never defaulted on anything in my life. Never a Wells Fargo customer ever again.
