I pawned a 22 long rifle lever action Henry gun, I gave them my ID & everything they needed. When I went to pick up my gun, I was told my I'd didn't match the address I gave. I volunteered that information when I pawned it. Everything was the same as when I was there originally. I was told when I borrowed the money that if I had a bad back ground check they would keep it, of course that was not a problem.my point is that I had to show a new tag receipt proving I had already stated I lived. I will never trust Welsh pawn shop again because if you have a hickup as the man told me! You will not get your gun back. Beware of Welsh pawn shop with a gun pawn

Welsh Pawn Shop follows all ATF rules and regulations with regards to a customer's ID. When someone pawns a firearm, that person presents the pawnbroker with a valid government issued identification document or ID. When said customer returns to get the firearm out of pawn and fills out the ATF form 4473, the address on the ID presented to the pawnbroker, MUST MATCH the address the customer fills out on the 4473. In this case, the the ID did not match what customer wrote on form 4473. In that case, the ATF requires the customer to show a government issued bill, such as a water bill, where the address matches the address on form 4473 and having complied with this requirement, the customer is allowed to redeem the firearm.
