      Overall I had a smooth process with PrimeLending. I appreciate the fluidity of this process versus my precious home purchase with another lender last year. The only issue I had was when I showed up for closing, I was just then told that I owed them a check for final closing costs that I wasn’t prepared for. This caused a bit of frustration for myself as I had to contact my bank to initiate a wire transfer which then stalled the closing. Nonetheless, this team was nothing but professional and helpful during the entire process.
