  We had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience with Wes and his team, not just once - but TWICE! Upon going through the refinance process in 2020 for first time after owning several different properties over the years, I wasn't sure what to expect and the thought of having to go through the grueling mortgage process made me a bit anxious :-) Wesley made the entire process completely seamless, to even include sending a notary to our home for closing in the midst of the pandemic - we didn't have to lift a finger! He was highly responsive to our many questions and he went above and beyond to ensure that he and his team consistently delivered the very highest level of customer service and care - my husband and I were extremely pleased, and we couldn't believe that we had waited so long to refi after such a quick and easy process! Fast forward a year to 2021 - we had been watching the mortgage interest rates drop month over month, and the thought very briefly crossed our minds to consider refinancing again. Very busy with kids and work, we never got around to exploring whether another refi was even in the cards after having refinanced only a year prior - so we didn't pursue it any further. Around this same time, I just happened to receive an email from Wes one day checking in to see if we wanted to consider another refi to take advantage of the lower rates - it was incredible timing! Not only did he proactively reach out, but he also sent a refi summary that he had worked up to highlight our new cost savings if we decided to proceed. If course it was a no brainer - he had saved us over 1k/yr in 2020, and now he was saving us an additional 300/month in 2021! We immediately began the process of submitting our application and documentation, and the entire process from beginning to end only took about 3 weeks - unbelievable! Just like the previous year, Wes and his team again went above and beyond to take care of us - Wes consistently kept us updated throughout the duration and he was available in an instant whenever we had a question. The Intercoastal app that we used to submit our documentation and to check the status of our loan was incredibly helpful, and the communication that we received from all stakeholders was incredible as we were never once left wondering whether we needed to follow up on anything or what the current status of our loan was. Wes's strong partnership far exceeded our expectations and it's very clear that he's extremely passionate about taking excellent care of his clients, and we highly valued his expertise and recommendations when it came to weighing our various loan options. We highly recommend Wes Wolfe to anyone considering a new or refinanced mortgage loan - we will never use anyone else! He is the total package - a true master of his craft, and a great guy all around! Thank you so much, Wes - we look forward to working with you again for years to come!

  As a first time home buyer I was a bit nervous and had lots of questions. Wes was an incredibly reliable and trustworthy resource throughout the entire buying process. He helped us be as competitive as possible and is a huge reason we were able to buy the home we successfully closed on. He was always available and was extremely patient and responsive during a very long and challenging buying season. We will definitely be using Wes as our loan officer in the future.
