      I've been a West Bank customer since 1997 when I switched from one of those "national" banks. The minute I walked in the doors of the SW 9th location all those years ago, to now....I feel like I'm walking in to a small town bank where everyone knows your name. I can't imagine ever banking elsewhere. They take Customer Service to the next level and have had "my back" numerous times over the years....everything from a loan needed quickly for a new furnace, during a divorce situation, to trying to purchase an item online and they prevented it, calling to tell me the company was outside of US and likely fraudulent. I call them when leaving on a trip to make sure no issues with out of state access to my funds and I end up on the phone talking about the upcoming trip and what our plans are forever because they CARE! Like family. West Bank has, and will always have, a special place in my heart. Like FAMILY!
