  Bought a beautiful 2022 here! I have to say, I was nervous about putting down a deposit on a new car that took some time to arrive, but everything went forward smoothly and without any funny business. Very happy to drive home with the car I wanted!

  BUYER BEWARE - NO LOYALTY WITH THIS DEALER. First of all I agree with all the other posts about this dealership and their customer service being the worst I have ever dealt with. But my case is more dramatic and I would like for you to read this entire post. My experience is with the Service Department, the Manager of the service department, Chris, and the General Manager, Dan Fisher. I took my vehicle in on Friday, July 15th for my 30,000 mile maintenance service. I ended up needing 2 tires and an alignment. Their employee took my vehicle on a test drive and had an accident. So I was told I had to contact the other driver's insurance company because it is my vehicle. They didn't accept any responsibility even though my car was in their care. They gave me a small discount off my bill of $971.00. I still ended up paying $922. I asked the General Manager, Dan Fisher, to consider taking more off my bill because of the lost work hours, added stress and having to make alternate trips to get a rental car and to the body shop. He didn't care one bit and said he's not going to override what his manager decided to do and accidents happen, period point blank that was his tone. So now you see why their customer service department is so unprofessional because the business is ran by an unprofessional, non-caring individual. They want your money and although you are loyal them they are NOT loyal to their customers. And , note this, I have brought 2 vehicles from them and sent 2 other friends to purchase vehicles. Did Hyundai West Broad care? No they did not. The last vehicle I will purchase from any Hyundai Dealer.

  Ms. Coleman, We do care about our customers and their vehicles. It was unfortunate that your vehicle was involved in an accident in our care, your car was rear ended while the technician was performing a test drive after performing an alignment, the police report that was given to you can confirm this. The insurance of the individual that hit your car is taking care of the repairs and the rental. We did apologize about the whole incident and provided you with a loaner until the insurance company could provide you with a rental. We also gave you a discount on the service provided. Your original total was $1100.00, we did discount it to $922. Once again we do and did apologize for the incident and the inconvenience this has caused you.

  First off I love the people there in the service department they are very friendly. I have a 2018 Hyundai Sonata I bought from west broad Hyundai as a used car a year ago. I have taken my car there 2 times for the same problem in the past month; a rattling sound when I escalate. The first time it was a crack in the oil pan. I’m glad they caught that but that was not the issue and they said it was the cause of it. I got the oil pan replaced and continued to hear a rattling sound. I took it back a month later and they said it’s carbon built up. 3 days later my car starts rattling again I’m no car expert but I don’t think carbon builds up that quickly, but I could be wrong. I think they just don’t want to deal with the real problem or spend the time to inspect my engine properly. I’m tired of having to continue to take my car back for the same problem but for a different reason. Again the people are very nice there but they are not solving the problem.
