      We bank at the WCCU in Kirkwood, and we couldn't be happier with the service. We were with another credit union in the area, but we were displeased with being charged for every debit card transaction. After much research, we settled on WCCU and haven't regretted it since.

      Inconsistent and often unhelpful customer service. Some employees are helpful over the phone or in person, but others are condescending including their e-services manager Rachel who interrupted me multiple times while I tried to explain what information I needed and was clearly not listening to what I was saying.
