  I can’t say enough about my bank! I love you guys! I have been a customer for 40+ years! I had a huge problem with my account because I made a payment to a creditor and I actually put a extra 0 on my payment to this creditor and the creditor (MSD of St Louis ) would not credit the $4700 that was overpaid by pure accident for at least almost 60 days! My bank, West Community help me solve the issue with my account and they are going to credit me my payment, and they are dealing with getting the money back! I can’t even explain how helpful and understanding that everybody (almost 4 different calls that I talked to different people at my bank) that I talked to! Thank you so much for being so helpful and understanding with my situation! I am forever grateful and thankful of my bank personnel! I love you guys! ❤️ You are the best bank ever!   Avoid at all costs. Worst service imaginable. Save yourself a headache and seek financing elsewhere. They do not pick up the phone and are the most unorganized bunch I’ve encountered in mortgage lending.

  I have been with West Community Credit Union 15 years and have been served well. Today 6-17-22, at approximately 1115 hours, an incident happen with teller that upset me! A older lady with blond hair abruptly push out the drive-through drawer hitting my car and acted like it didn't happen! My car is brand new white Subaru Outback and thankfully I didn't see any mqjor damage at the time of incident. I was just surprised she ignored her mistake saying, "have a nice day". I expected continued good customer service I've always received from West C. Brentwood. I hope someone will let this lady know she was wrong not to admit what happen. Not happy!
