I have been at this bank for just a little over a year and I am so very pleased! And that takes a lot! I truly hate banks and bankers, but this branch has Lana and she is SUPER AMAZING!!!! Always a pleasure to work with...her staff are all so polite! She does a great job with her team and she has the best customer service I HAVE SEEN IN YEARS!!!! Thanks for all you do Lana ...you truly do an amazing job!!!!

My review is about Gabe Luse, personal banker at the 180th location. Gabe is not like a lot of bankers out there to sell you as many products as he can that his bank offers, and believe me those banks and bankers are out there! Gabe actually listens to you as a person and tries to do whatever he can to give you a great experience. If you’re looking for a smaller community bank in Omaha, he’s your guy!
