  I have used West Suburban Bank for our family checking and saving for over 30 years. I have a personal checking account for my art sales and supplies for 10+. The staff is always professional yet friendly and do an unstanding job. This would be a 5+ for staff. However, if I could leave a -10 for the recent changes to the drive thru processing I would. Not only is it awkward to turn in your car seat (depending on levels from SUVs and trucks to smaller cars) to complete your transition. I am disabled including neck, shoulder and back issues. Physical impossible to twist in my seat to make a transition. Could you not leave one lane for those that are handicapped. My husband does not have neck or back issues and also is now forced to go in the back and no longer use the convience of the drive thru. Besides my neck and back I have had 5 surgeries on my feet a 6th scheduled for February. I have to get out of my SUV tolerate the pain of walking in to the bank. Please reconsider and leave one lane at each location. You are forcing me after 30+ years with incredibly amazing customer service to come through the headache of evaluating other banks. You are making it more difficult for your regular customers and discriminating against people with physical disabilities. That me repeat that. .DISCRIMINATING Against the DISABLED.

The staff at the Bartlett branch will be happy to hear that you would rate them 5+. At West Suburban Bank, we strive to provide the best customer service experience possible. I understand that your rating of our WSB Xpress machines is less than desirable. WSB Xpress is a new and innovative way of providing a service to our customers. By utilizing WSB Xpress machines, we were able to extend our banking hours, the services offered, and give our customers more opportunities to speak with a live WSB employee. We realize that not every customer will want to use a WSB Xpress Machine. To look for other solutions, I am extending an invitation to you to come to the Bartlett Branch so I can personally explore other options that can make your banking more convenient.
