Switched to this bank chain from Wintrust and haven't looked back. -Next day check availability - After hours video teller in ATM till 7PM -$25 overdraft - Bank stays open till 6 -Good weekend hours - Helpful staff in setting up travel plans out of state - Cesar at this location is extremely friendly, helpful, and does a great job. - No one is condescending to me even for most stupid needs and treats me with general respect. Thanks

I left Chase and US Bank because they are too big of a bank. If you love a small bank that greets you everytime you come in it is this branch. Amazing service everytime.

My mother was a customer at this place for 8+ years, but yesterday she closed down her account and moved to a new bank. Due to the lack of service, not treating her fairly, and being rude to her because her english isent good. Please stay away from this bank, they are not professional and dont know how to offer service.
