For a couple years. I when to this same bank location every other week. Always going inside and working with the same couple ladies for my usual deposits and withdraws. I go there often enough to know them by name. Last time I when in with an expired ID. They same lady i chat with every other week. Rudely told me they "don't know I am" And claimed to have never met me. at one point I required my check amounts for my taxes. and the tellers could not help. I also discovered this was not available on line. It took several days of emailing and a fee to get the amounts printed on the checks I had deposited. I believe this is free and automatic with other banks. at one point I also requested to either speak to someone about a home loan or make an appointment with someone who can answer some questions. The response was "there is a tab on our website to apply". My deposits and withdrawals are somewhat large because I run a small business. Each time I was questioned and hurrased by the tellers. They can't supply me with my records for the end of year taxes. And no one in the establishment where competent to answer questions about getting a home loan.
