  Staff is not helpful or nice and they make everything more complicated than it has to be. The only time they are nice is when you first try to open an account with them. There is a lot of hidden fees and even in a savings account when you go back to check on your money they will have taken most of it. The reason why I had an account with them was because of a car loan and they misinformed me at the beginning of the process. They told me I had to have an account with them to be able to make the loan payments which is completely false but I fell for it. The branch is a couple hours away from where I live so every time I wanted to make a deposit to cover my payment I had to drive all the way there and lose half a day. The manager there I do not recall her name was especially rude and even denied any sort of compensation or adjustments to my account when I contacted customer service. They told me she was the only person getting in the way of me getting back some of my money. I would not recommend this place at all save yourself a headache and get an account with any other bank.
