      Update: I have only a few payments left, and I will have my account paid in full. I have been a customer of Western Finance, off and on for the past 20 years, Austin, Mineral Wells, etc. I have truly enjoyed my experience however, my experience with this particular leadership regime at the MW office, has cumbersome and annoying to say the least. I'm looking forward to finally paying off my loan and making the right decision of not doing business with company again. Poor Professionalism. The staff called me repeatedly today, wanting to speak with me. I was unable to take their call(s) for business related reasons. The Staff calls me at Lunch time, I call them back, no one answers the call? I'm told this is their lunch(sarcastically). The staff called me again at 1245 and 212pm. Thank you very much for giving me a chance to return your call. I called back within 10 minutes from the illegal harassment of phone calls throughout the day. They called me, four times today before 230pm???. They reached out to one of my references. Granted I was 15 days late, however, I was able to make the payment today. As I was on the phone with their staff, I got a message from my relative stating they reached out to him, the same time I was on the call. Again, thank you so much for your understanding and plight. Do not worry, I plan on getting you paid off as soon as possible. What a horrible experience.
