  My husband and I are first time homeowners and went through our first refi with Jamie and Chris. They were so knowledgeable, answered all our questions, took time to explain everything, got us the best deal, and fought for us against an unprofessional appraisal company. They went above and beyond our expectations and we whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or refi their home.

  I had the opportunity to work with Jamie and Chris on my refinance and they were on top of things from when the process started until the end. We were able to get everything wrapped up ahead of schedule and without any issues. Chris did an excellent job with communication making sure I was updated at all stages of the refinance and helped me through things I had to do. I have and would definitely recommend Jamie and Chris to anyone who is looking to buy a house or refinance their loan.

  I am a first time homeowner and Western mortgage really helped we with the refinancing of my condo. Chris and Jamie were knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process which made me feel at ease since this was my first time with refinancing. Chris reached out to me since I worked with him in the past and talked me through some numbers, at time it wasn’t going to work in my favor. Chris was not at all pushy and said he was going to check back in a few months which he did and everything looked good. The whole process was quick and they both looked out in my best interest. I highly recommend and I’ll definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
