      Kristen and staff provide the best service and treat everyone like family that walks through the doors. You are greeted from the moment you walk in the door. These ladies do what they say the are going to do. This smaller branch is far superior to all others.!

      If I could give zeros stars I would. Applied for a credit card and after 6 months I called and they finally took a look at it. I was able to get one and it took another 2 months for them to send it out. It has now been another 2 months and I have still haven’t received my card. I’ve called the call center, and they are no help. They put you on hold and transfer you around until you just hang up out of pure rage. Possibly the worst bank in the entire country. Take your business somewhere else unless you want to be played around with.

      Called to see how much was in my account. They asked me to hold. They came back on the line right at close and then acted like she couldn't hear me. Girls name was Lauren or Kristen. Then when I called back after she hung up on me... It went to the "our branch is closed message". Typical lazy workers when it's close to closing time. This bank is a disgrace to the community.
