      Monday 01/10/2022 on line info states Lakewood commons location closes at 6pm yet they closed at 5pm . I arrived 5:02pm not being able to enter I contact customer service n assistant informs me that lobby closes at 5pm drive thru closes at 6pm lakewood commons doesn't have a drive thru. False info on Google maps . thank you for respondingšŸ˜

      Hi Heather Sparks we are so sorry about the business hours mix up. We had just changed our business hours starting that Monday, Jan. 10th and had sent out emails to our members, notifications, posts on social and an alert our website. I personally made the changes to Google Maps that morning, so not sure why they didn't show up, but I sincerely apologize for this mistake. I also fixed the drive-up mix up that was wrongly listed on Maps. Please do let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you and hope you have a lovely day

      Big messy situation that could have been taken care of. Didn't remove an auto loan that decreased my credit score in a timely manner. Dealer cancelled and Westerra wanted me to get a letter of credit voided that was already expired. Doesn't make sense to make me void something that isn't even valid anymore. Was told they don't expire but clearly does state that in the letter. Now I have complications getting my new car for no good reason.
