  Horrible service, disrespect, zero professionalism!! Juan in case you don't know I am NOT your daughter, nor your mother so you can call me and scold me!!!! your duty is to meet the customer's needs why I'm paying for that!!!!! And make fun of what I pay? for your services? really? … leaves a lot to talk about you not only as a “PROFESSIONAL” but as a HUMAN being! YOU ARE DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE!!! And the safest thing is that they will give information here about my situation as to why I acquired their services, as I have seen in other comments. To whatever they are going to respond, I want to tell you that I never disrespect them and always pay on time! His job was only to provide me with good service and to resolve my situation! And I can comment with whomever I WANT ABOUT THE DISCONFORMITY and the BAD SERVICES THAT I FEEL THAT THEY ARE GIVING ME, be it with my mother, my aunt, my daughter, my grandmother or my great-great-grandmother! Please, if you don't want to have a bad time, don't contact this company.

  Maria Carolina Velasco Rivera contacted our company at the biggening of 2021 to help her challenge close to 50 derogatory items including late payments, collections and charge offs totaling $13,836 in adverse debt. Her scores were in the mid-500s and since her main goal was to purchase a home in the near future, she needed to repair her report and improve her scores as soon as possible. After carefully reviewing all the details of her credit report, explaining and providing a copy of the Fair Credit Report Act as well as going over how our services can facilitate the dispute process, she decided to enroll in our credit restoration program. During the course of our professional dispute services, we were able to confirm that about 75% of the negative items had been completely deleted from her credit report and her scores had increased almost 100 points; however, new late payments and collections were reported by the bureaus towards the end of 2021 which added an extra $7,641 in negative debt. We notified Mrs. Velasco Rivera about the new issues to which she stated she had recently learned she had been a victim of identity theft. Nonetheless, our team was in the process of removing the remaining items along with the new derogatory accounts and up until this point Mrs. Velasco Rivera had never had a single complaint about our services, on the contrary, she was very pleased with everything we had accomplished on her file. Back on March 2022, we received a bizarre phone call from an “Esmeralda” claiming to be Mrs. Velasco Rivera’s sister to express they were extremely unhappy with our services. Since we had no prior record of what she was claiming, our office manager contacted Mrs. Velasco Rivera directly to address her concerns that same day. Mrs. Velasco Rivera then proceeded to disrespectfully berate our services and personnel. Going as far as to falsely blame our company for the new collections and late payments that were added by the bureaus a few months ago. Even though we completely comprehend her frustration, her unfounded and uncivil attitude left us no other choice but to immediately cancel her file and have her continue with the process on her own terms. Mrs. Velasco Rivera is clearly having difficulty dealing with the severity of the complications caused by the fact that her identity was stolen and is directing her unjustified anger towards the wrong person. We strive for exceptional customer service and our company maintains meticulous records for all client communication which can undoubtedly disproof her misleading and dishonest review.
