      I just opened an account here and it took some time as there was an error in transferring money from one account to another. Not their fault, but the employees who helped me we're great and friendly. We finally got it settled after they had to keep getting on the phone back and forth. I def recommend them!

      I had just moved into town and met Gloria at the Ludlow Branch. I told her I needed to find a new bank. She welcomed me with open arms. Explained all the services the bank offered, and very quickly I had opened my new accounts along with a safety deposit box . Gloria was also very informative as to guiding me around town, places to go, where services were located and offered to help me in anyway that she could. The Ludlow branch is warm and friendly each time i visit there. Westfield Bank has a gem in Gloria. 4 GOLD STARS.
