  I’ve always loved Westmark! Whenever I walk in, Vickie always says hello and remembers me and my family. The employees are very generous and kind. I work at another credit union, and I admire the work they do at Westmark as I know the ins and outs of the business. I will always refer them to friends and family. Thanks Westmark!

  I went there to figure out how to get an automatic a bill payment setup. They did not know how, and all they referred me to was the app. Absolutely horrible customer service.

  We just did a car loan with Charles at the Rexburg branch, he was very easy to work with. The whole process was very painless. Seems like he was a great addition to their team! I would absolutely recommend him to all my friends and family. All loans should be this easy, even the extended warranty he sold us was a great deal! I will be returning to Charles for all my banking needs in the future!
