  After meeting Jeremy Dowland and the staff at this branch, I realized just how nice it is to have a connection with a local bank. This branch has gone above and beyond what they had to do in order to help me. I just wish I had found them sooner. The staff are all extremely professional and patient. I'm beyond impressed! Five stars. Absolutely!

  Went in to get cash with my bankcard and was told they couldn't help me because I was not a member but I could use the ATM drive up. So I used the ATM drive up, got my cash and was charged a $3 fee. Then I went back inside to ask them to break one of the $20's for me into five dollar bills. They told me they could only do that if I was a member and suggested I go to Walmart to get change. REALLY?? I just paid $3 to use your ATM. The money came from YOUR machine and you couldn't be nice enough to break one twenty? Very poor customer service. No wonder your lobby was empty.

Most, if not all, financial institutions have policies in place that limit their ability to help non-members or non-customers with transactions for safety and security reasons. We are unable to make or exchange money without an account so that we have historical transaction reports for every interaction. We can empathize how frustrating these processes can be at times and we are sorry you felt that frustration with us. Westmark prides itself on exceptional customer service, products and support.   Melanie Olmstead is wonderful to work with at Westmark! We live 3 hours from the Ten Mile branch. We wanted to refinance our truck and have heard really great things from many people about how professional and helpful they are. I called to get more information and was pleased that I got to talk with Melanie. She asked some questions and didn't keep me on the phone for an extensive time. We then exchanged emails to finish the loan process. When we arrived to sign on the loan Melanie met us like she knew us forever and we left smiling! I would recommend Melanie at the Ten Mile branch in Meridian!!
