      Dave Carson is soft spoken, not pushy, honest and professional. We found a house that we loved and needed to get the loan turned on fast. However I had a screw up in my credit rating that showed that I had a credit score below 740 when I knew I was close to 800. Dave Carson allowed me to go in at the +740 rate while I got my credit fixed and before we closed on the house. Dave also did several other things to attract my business. He was never pushy, very soft spoken, and listened to my concerns, some of which I am sure were annoying. His team worked from thanksgiving to just before Christmas and met my demands to close on the house early. His team did a great job and bent over backwards only to not get a sale as our closing fell through. I plan to work with Dave again soon and I would recommend Dave Carson from WestStar Mortgage over all the other lenders I worked with. Most others just wanted me to shut-up and sign the paperwork, “don’t dig into the details, its all good”… It’s ALL in the details and Dave worked with me as I questioned each element of the loan cost. Great guy
