      Telephone service is atrocious; on 7/6/22, CU rep gave me her WRONG name, said she was transferring me, then total disconnect! Subsequent call disclosed no such person, limited assistance. T Bromfield, 51year member.

      Don't do business with them. They keep taking money from my other bank account to pay a loan I no longer have. This is the second time they have done it. I will not be doing business with them again and will warn others to stay away. Update reply to owner: you obviously can't find my info because the account was closed and you still withdrew from my other bank account on a closed account. Shame on your company. Times are difficult and I can't afford to have money taken for things I don't owe. The first time it took 5 days to transfer it back to my account. Yes, both times I got my money back but I should not have to stress about money being taken from my accounts.
