  Coming from wells fargo this was a great decision to switch. I had all the right signals right off the bat. Great Customer service & Genuine people! the staff exceeded my expectations. If you are even slightly considering switching your bank this is a great option and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

  I wouldn't trust my money or husband around bank teller Kimberly Bowman-Scott. But that's just me. Terrible customer service all around, from the tellers to management. After speaking to branch manager Elizabeth about account privacy concerns, insults, and threats being made by her employees to us the customers; it was made clear that she does not care. She was offered documented proof and verified the claims, apologizing profusely stating that this would not be swept under the rug. However, when followed up with about the outcome, Elizabeth changed her tune and stated it is "not her business" what her employees do during business hours and for verbatim, "I will not discuss banking policies with you." Safe to say we have closed our accounts and will not be back. Update: As of today the regional branch manager Sharon Bruff was made aware of the gross incompetence of her employees. I guess we will see if she actually takes these claims and customers seriously.

  Bank would not refund safe deposit fee because I closed the box 5 days after the renewal date. A big rip off.
