I have had an account with Wilson Bank and Trust since 2004, lately I have seen the service take a sharp dip!!!! I called the Smyrna branch yesterday to inquire about opening a business account. I was told the i out)d need to bring in and that the documents would be emailed to my sons and me for e signature. I arrived at 9:30 am , an hour after the bank opened just to be told the ONE person who does that was not in, she was sick. They took my name and number to call me when someone would be in to do it for me. I was , went back with all the documents I was told I needed, only to be told I needed something else. The assistant manager displayed an attitude as she could care less and her apology seemed empty and forced. This is not the first time I've been disappointed with the service. WB&T needs to watch out or they will lose a customer.
