Horrible. Not informative to newer buyers. Impatient. Snappy. A complete waist of time to try with them. There's a reason it's not the WilsonLittlePlaxco Team. And you will only get calls right before 5pm on a Friday from Angela when you know you can't call her after 5 and on the weekend. Disappointed doesn't even scratch the surface. Infuriated really. I'd be happy to NEVER hear the name "Bank of England" for the rest of my life.
