      I spoke with a loss prevention specialist on March 29, 2020 her name was ginger. To say the least, she does not take after her name. From the very beginning of the phone call she was on interested on being in the phone call her tone of voice was rude she treated me like I was a criminal. I’ve lost my job as many of us have during Covid and therefore my finances were affected. Ginger told me that if I Needed to transact that I had to do it either by mail or through branch. I live out of state now and I told her I wished to transact via mail. She said I couldn’t do that unless I didn’t know what transactions or statements I needed. I stated I do know what transactions and statements I needed. She then said I couldn’t transact over meal I explain to her I didn’t understand why she said that I could if I could not. She then hung up on me after she had talked over the top of me for a good 2 to 3 minutes. If I could go back and never have an account at wings I would how rude. These transactions and statements are needed for court so this is very upsetting that I have to get in my car today and drive All the way to Minnesota to find the wings so I can take care of the things I need to take care of.

      This is not a branch... Its basically an atm. Tired of wings locations which offer no services.
