  You get a five-star review for giving me a call back before the meeting actually writing it down and flagging it is a matter that needed to be attended to so I get the call back sometimes he won't even do that they're just playing stupid role and give your call center also a good review because I don't know why they dispatched me directly to you guys and it worked but there'll be another review from a different account for when you actually help me

  I went to go renew my card and it felt like okay I got my new card. Then the same day I use it, it’s been has fraud alert on it for some reason. I had to send them a message on there site and they said that they needed to activate it which is weird cause why the f they couldn’t do it there when I renew my card. The person told me he activated it and said my card is fine now. AND WHENEVER YOU F CALL THEM THEY NEVER EVER PICK UP, I HAVE TRIED MANY TIMES. Mind you this was 9am-10am in the morning. They have multiple locations and not even one picked up for assistance. My card is still not working.

  Hello Timothy, I'm sorry you had this experience. You can also activate new cards in our app or online banking website. I also apologize for any long wait times you experienced when you called. We're working to improve that. Another option is using our online chat, which if you ask to speak with an agent can do almost anything our phone agents can, with less of a wait.   I won't get into explicit detail in this review especially because they felt the need to not get into any detail at all with my dealing with them. I tried to do a wire transfer and they denied the transfer for vague reasons. The banker was rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. Despite being early in the morning her attitude was that of 4:30 on a Friday as if I was inconveniencing her by trying to do business with them. I had to twist their arm to get a hold of their department in order to get any sort of reasoning or explanation of what was going on. Exceptionally poor vague service. I get that credit unions are supposed to be better than the banks but it seems like the two are competing right now for who is the lesser of two evils.
