      Automated answering service is sub par. Pick up the phone! I've also deposited checks in the automated teller machines that do not get processed for up to 3 weeks.

The delayed check deposit experience sounds like it might have had some special circumstances, but if you couldn't get in touch that understandably makes things frustrating. If you haven't resolved this please email us at [email protected]. We are also working on improving how members can get in touch with our call center. We also rolled out a virtual assistant that can escalate issues to a live representative. It's in CU Online now, and will be coming to the mobile app.
