Let me start this off with saying we weren’t able to get approved with Wing’s for a mortgage loan. There was a bit of misunderstanding that it was Conventional, and not FHA. So that’s on us, and we aren’t mad about that. We are upset because of how rude the two different loan officers were to the both of us. Incredibly classist undertones by both Tim Hall & Teagan Swanson. It was unnecessary and rather unprofessional, even if we weren’t qualified for that particular loan. This is rather surprising given how wonderful of a credit union Wing’s Financial has been for me, but now I know there are parts of it that aren’t as great. Also, we did in fact get approved for our FHA loan via Edina Realty. They actually took the time to work us through the process and to run numbers. They were honest us, and we were honest with them. So to say the least I’d highly recommend other outfits when trying to acquire a mortgage loan.
