Wintrust Mortgage is archaic and way behind the times. Online systems and pages are not capable of supporting today's consumer needs. This also carries over from their online banking experience. The whole platform is sub-par and in desperate need of updating. It makes a huge difference when managing your finances and loans when you have a user friendly platform. This is NOT the case and it has been this way for the 5+ years I have had my mortgage with Wintrust. Shotty work at best. Hire new and better developers or replace those that decide what should or should not be part of the end user experience, because it appears as though they don't have a clue.

Do not get a mortgage here. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. It takes 30 min to an hour to get through customer service, they lost a check of mine, and even after I paid off my mortgage they kept drawing from my bank account. TERRIBLE COMPANY!
