      I went to take my old card back cause the chip stopped working they gave me a new card didn't tell me it would cost 15.00 ...yet took 15.00 out of my account without my permission 🙄that is wrong and when I called all she said was we charge 15.00 for a new card why didn't she tell me that when I came in and gave my old card to her? It isn't my fault the chip stopped working .If I dont give permission to take money out my account DO NOT TAKE MY MONEY !!!! 0 is my rate
