      I was told they were closed at 11:30am on a Friday without any explanation. The lady teller was helping 2 other customers but when I walked up she informed me she couldn’t help before even knowing why I was there. I have been banking with woodforest nearly 10 years. This is unacceptable so I will be closing my account unless an explanation is given.
