      I have been a customer here for over 3 years; and I have always been very satisfied with the service. I recently had a scarey issue with my card account. I immediately talked to them, gave all information I possibly could, trying to understand what went wrong. She explained all details I had never dealt with, and immediately started to investigate the problem. 2 days later: the issue was resolved, my account is active and secure again. I’m extremely grateful for the quick response, and positive outcome. I will definitely continue to be a customer here. Thank you!

      Why would any bank wait until 10.00 to open? As bad as I despise my new bank take over by truist, they still open at 9.00. These Chinese owned banks are horrible.

      My boyfriend went in to the branch to deposit a check into his account-no money back, just a deposit. Amanda made him feel like he was trying to rob the bank-looking at him with disdain, calling for approval, asking what the check was FOR...since WHEN is that a policy? When is personal information about your life needed to DEPOSIT A CHECK?? Oh, and I should mention...he's black. I am not and have NEVER been asked that question even with checks that were larger amounts! We are currently asking around to see if we have any recourse we can pursue because NO ONE should be treated that way!
