      For it being in Wal-Mart it's okay. Sometimes the ladies can be rude and super annoying to deal with it but it is what it is.

      Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a bank. Banking isn’t easy or fun to begin with so the least they could do is not make it miserable. Or at least attempt to be understanding and friendly if things aren’t going the way they are supposed too. But I think the ladies enjoy being miserable to customers. I have a new account at Dupaco and the difference is night and day. Much, much better customer service, even when there are problems. So happy I switched.
