  This bank is the biggest scam ever the staff is not blame but the owner of the bank is must be ashamed of him self giving this hard time to their customers and they always find a way to charge for something I am a truck driver my job has more than 10 days my job been trying to send me money through Zelle and they tried it through cash app but the bank is not approving the transaction and they tried it many time through the ACH but still nothing only one transaction worked after 10 days in the 10 days IRS took money out of my account the bank put account in negative so they can charge me overdraft fees I told them to allow my company,s transfer happen so I don’t need to pay the overdraft fees finally I came to my company office they gave me a check I went there to deposit it they said it will take at least 7 days for the check to process I searched the ceo of this bank on tweeter so I can right him all of this but he dosent have any tweeter account because he knows that he is scamming his customers and mentally keeping them like inmates may God gives cancer to all of the family of the Woodforest national bank CEO please everybody say Ameen

  This place seems like a scam. Seriously check out the fees before banking here. Feels like they go after Walmart employees specifically and charge them high fees to bank there. There's a Chase and Bank of America down the street. Much better options.
