      On April 5, 2022 I deposited cash and was not credited properly at this branch. After a series of phone calls, I was credited twice. The next day one deposit was debited/corrected and I thought the debacle was over. But no - today (4-14) I was debited again and my account showed that it was overdrawn. I'm trying to resolve this issue again! I don't have all day to be on the phone trying to correct this mistake AGAIN! HELP!!!

      Amanda fajardo the bank teller was very racist, rude and unprofessional. After disregarding my presence for several minutes she only attempted to help as another representative stepped out of the office and offered to assist me. She then refused to withdraw my funds/ close my account insisting there was nothing she could do and that she had no higher manager to speak when another branch was able to get the issue sorted out over the phone in 2 minutes. However I was still unable to receive my funds from the location because of the teller. Would give a zero star if it were possible
