      Never had better service great staff at this bank

      Deposit disappeared somehow, and their fraud unit isn't even open 24/7 like other banks. Can't talk to anyone else except police until they open Monday. Update: Bank called me back and solved the problem, said that their backup didn't go through somehow, but they fixed it. That was still disconcerting, though at least I didn't have to file a criminal complaint. On the bright side, I learned that you can add money to your account anywhere in the country due to Woodforest's agreement with Wal-Mart. Just go to Wal-Mart's financial services desk and add money to your card, just like a prepaid card, and it goes into your account. I tried it on vacation and it works!
